This is when YouTube introduced audio ads to help create a variety that serves all types of brands and addresses a different type of audiences.
Since people already spend much of their time listening to their favorite things on YouTube, this was a great chance to introduce audio ads. Also, during the testing period of these audio ads, 75% of them have shown an outstanding increase in brand awareness.
How to Use Audio Ads to Bring More Customers?
While planning a digital marketing campaign, bear in mind that audio ads should depend mainly on the audio so that the audience would understand what they are listening to without the need to watch it. The audio will be the main content while displaying a still image or a simple animation.
Additionally, brands are going to be able to target their campaigns according to the genre of the music or to an interest. Audio ads will open the door for a whole different type of ads which will be the digitalized targeted form of radio or podcast ads.
