Last week, we proudly celebrated our 11th anniversary with a special gathering filled with excitement, appreciation, and memorable moments shared with the people who made this journey possible.
Our team was at the heart of the celebration. The day included engaging activities that gave everyone the opportunity to be seen, heard, and appreciated. Team leaders publicly recognized their teams, highlighting their efforts, achievements, and valuable contributions throughout the year.
One of the most memorable activities was “Tell the Truth, Share the Story.” Each team member stepped onto the stage, answered a question, and shared the story of how their journey with Eureka began. It created a powerful sense of connection and recognition, giving everyone the chance to take the microphone, speak openly, and proudly celebrate their experience with the company.
The day became even more special as we celebrated another major achievement: becoming Great Place To Work® Certified™. This milestone inspired our theme, “Great… Because of You,” reflected across the banners, giveaways, photo frames, and every detail of the celebration.
