SFI Health is a global natural healthcare company specializing in microbiome and cognitive health. Their portfolio includes renowned brands such as Equazen®, Ginsana®, Gincosan®, Pronatal®, and Songha Night®, each formulated to support various aspects of health and well-being.
Brief
In 2024, we collaborated with SFI Health to enhance brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive online sales for their key products: Equazen®, Ginsana®, Gincosan®, Pronatal®, and Songha Night® in the UAE market.
Solution
To achieve these objectives, we implemented the following strategies:
- Awareness Campaigns: We selected Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and the Google Display Network (GDN) as primary platforms to reach a broad audience. Tailored content was developed for each platform to effectively communicate the benefits of the products.
- Engagement and Community Building:
- Equazen® Drawing Competition: We launched a drawing competition sponsored by Equazen®, encouraging children to participate. The contest received numerous entries, with four winners selected to receive a three-month supply of Equazen®, valued at approximately 600 AED.
- Songha Night® Referral Contest: A referral competition for Songha Night® was organized, prompting participants to mention friends. This initiative resulted in numerous referrals, with two winners awarded a one-month supply of Songha Night®.
Results
The campaigns successfully increased brand visibility and created a sense for a community among consumers. The interactive competitions not only engaged the audience but also enhanced product awareness and loyalty.
